Attendance/Make-Up Credits Guidelines
Make-up credit will be given to a member who misses a club meeting if, within 14 days before or after the missed meeting, the member meets one of the following conditions:
- You attend another club's regular meeting.
- You attend a regular meeting of any of the Rotary committees in our club, if they are not a part of our regular scheduled Tuesday meeting and are of an hour's duration or more.
- You attend and participate in a club service project or club-sponsored community event or meeting authorized by the board (see the Bellevue Rotary Club/Foundation list of committees for reference)
- You attend a board meeting or a meeting of the service committee to which you are assigned.
- You participate through a club website in an online interactive activity requiring an average of 60 minutes of participation
- You are present at the usual time and place of another club's regular meeting and that club is not meeting.
- You attend the District Conference, intercity meeting of Rotary clubs, Rotaract club, or any RI meeting.
- You participate directly and actively in a service project sponsored by the District, RI, or the Rotary Foundation in a remote area where a make-up opportunity isn't possible
All make-ups are to be reported to the Club Secretary in writing either via email or written notification within the 14-day period.
