The Landing Dinner Donor Info

The Landing is located in the day room in the Teen Center at the North end of the Bellevue Family YMCA - 14230 Bel-Red Road, Bellevue, WA 98007, 425-746-9900

1. Dinner delivery:

Donors can deliver dinners directly to The Landing between 8:30 and 8:45 pm (dinner is served at 9:00). Direct access to the day room is via a glass door at the north end of the building. If frozen food is provided please make sure it has time to thaw by 8:30 pm. The Landing has access to a refrigerator and an oven for warming food.

Dinners may be delivered earlier than 8:30. Access the day room by asking the YMCA personnel at the front desk to let you through the security door and direct you to the Teen Center (straight down the hall, past the gym, turn right at the hall, on your left). Food can be left on the desk, refrigerated items can be placed in the refrigerator (the combination is 20-32-25). If the Teen Center is locked when you arrive, please lock it or ask the YMCA to lock it upon leaving. Dinners delivered early need to labeled “The Landing.”

Special Instructions for Sunday- since the YMCA closes at 5:00 PM on Sundays you can only deliver dinners early prior to that time. There will be no one to receive dinners between 5:00 and 8:30 PM. Dinners delivered early need to labeled “The Landing”.

2. Please prepare enough food for 12 servings (8-10 servings is enough during the summer months).

3. The dinners should include one vegetable side dish and one main dish at least. If you’re feeling especially energetic you can add a desert.

4. Donors can either donate food in containers that can be thrown away or in their own dishes which will be washed and made available to pick up later. The Landing provides the condiments, plates, cups, and utensils for their guests.

5. The dinners are served family style by the staff.
