THIS WEEK's PROGRAM

Nancy Keenholts Dalton
Rotary District 5030 Governor

Roger Stark, MDNancy is president of Baywolf Dalton, Inc., a design/build construction company specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling, which she and her husband started in 1990, near University Village. Nancy joined the Rotary Club of the University District in 1991. She served on her club board 1995-1997, club Service Fund Board in 2002-03, and is a graduate of the Rotary Academy 2003.

In 2003-04 Nancy served as president of the Rotary club of the University District. That same year she chaired the Governors Dinner and participated at a Vocational Service event in Vancouver, BC, convened by RI president Jonathan Majiyagbe. She served for three years as Assistant Governor from 2004-2007.

Nancy has served on the District Conference Committees 2002-2007 and was the Chairwoman for the 2007 District Assembly. She helped Charter the Rotary Club of Lake Union in 2007 and serves as the Governor's Special Representative in 2006-08. She is a member of the District Budget and Finance Committee and a member of the District Strategic Planning Committee.

Nancy's passion lies in improving the lives of others through the efforts of Rotarians and their projects. She believes there is no better way to leverage great ideas, hard work and the funds necessary than through the work of Rotarians committed to making a difference.

Married since 1992, Eric and Nancy live in the View Ridge neighborhood of Seattle with their Scotty Max. Max comes with them to their office every day. Nancy loves to cook and work in the garden. She has a great sense of humor and is an eternal optimist. Nancy is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and both are members of the Rotary Foundation Bequest Society. They have attended three International Conventions and three Rotary Zone Institutes.

Nancy has been a member of the Seattle Design Center since 1989. Her work has been featured on Home and Garden TV and the national publication Renovation Style. She was a frequent guest host on KOMO radio’s Home front show, taking calls and interviewing guests. She has also been an instructor of kitchen design and remodeling at North Seattle Community College.

More cowbell for Rotary!More Cowbell for Rotary!

Keep looking for the cowbell on your table (there are 5 of them) to bump others' fines, and remember to bring your ticket stubs from arts attendance — museums, theatres, music, etc. — as putting one in the basket is allowed in lieu of a fine. Click here to let your Sergeant at Arms know of a fellow Rotarian’s fineable antics.

Calling All Bellevue Rotary Photogs!
Leslie Lloyd

Calling all BRC photographers! We’re taking extra effort to document our activities for the coming year – and for posterity!

Please submit your photos from fellowship or service activities, such as Camp Goodtimes, President’s Celebration, Rotary First Harvest, Fireside, golf outings – any and all events of the Bellevue Rotary Club. We will use them for the District Assembly in Portland next year, and they will also be preserved for all time by our resident historian, Stu Vander Hoek.

It’s simple: all you have to do is email your digital images to:

photos@bellevuerotary.net

Be sure to include the names of all the people in each photo.

If you’d prefer, you can copy your photos to a CD or thumb drive and give them to Leslie Lloyd at a Rotary meeting.

With your help, the BRC will have a rich display of club activities for next year’s conference – and for all time

.
