Linda Pillo
Bellevue Chief of Police
Linda Pillo has been with the Bellevue Police Department for 22 years. She was selected as Chief of Police after serving as interim chief since Jim Montgomery retired last year.
Pillo began her career in Mercer Island in 1979 and joined the Bellevue Police Department in 1986.
"I am proud to serve this great community and our outstanding police staff," she said in a press release.
Her duties include overseeing a department of 260 employees and an annual operating budged of roughly $36 million. She is expected to face new challenges due to growth in the downtown area.

Items Needed for the Eastside Women's Shelter
Remember that the Eastside Women’s Shelter needs personal hygiene items (dental floss, toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up, deodorant, etc.) for women. Please bring items to the weekly meeting and be exempt from Sergeant Fines!
Check Classification Listing Online!
Please remember to check the BRC Classification Report online to make certain there is indeed room in a specific classification PRIOR to approaching a prospective member about his/her joining the Bellevue Rotary Club. Each classification has a limit of 20 members.
