Jim Hebert
Prior to forming Hebert Research at the age of 29, he was an assistant Vice President and Manager of Retail Banking for First Interstate Bank, now Wells Fargo Bank. Additionally, Mr. Hebert has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and has been extensively involved in public and private jurisdictions. His formal education was obtained from the University of Washington and Seattle University, where he received his Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Hebert’s intellectual properties in the research profession involve his research procedures for price elasticity, demand forecasting and the building of business confidence indexes. He currently serves on the following boards; Seattle University Economics & Finance Advisory Board, Central Washington School of Business Advisory Board, the KeyBank Regional Advisory Board, Metafos, Geo-Engineers Board, Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE), and Life Support which he serves as both vice chair and co-founder. In addition, he is Vice Chair and Co-Chair of Camp Korey which now owns Carnation Farm for 1200 children with serious and terminal illnesses throughout the Northwest. Chance for a Trip to Maui! You may have seen an ad like the one below in the November Rotarian. Organizing this Giveaway is the major fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Upcountry Maui for this Rotary Year. The response to the ad has been lower that anticipated, and we are hoping that many Rotarians did not see this ad but would be interested in donating to our Rotary projects while getting a pretty good chance at winning an exciting time on Maui. We believe the winner of this drawing will have a great trip to enjoy or offer to a loved one. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are good: 1 in 1000; of any prize: 1 in 334 (or better!).
