Storage Location
- INCA Engineers Building
- 400 112th Ave NE, downtown Bellevue
- The storage facility is located just off the parking lot (outside access), on the northwest side of the building.

Please attach a copy of the procurement form to the item. If you completed your form online, please print out the confirmation email you received and attach it to the item. If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact webmaster@bellevuerotary.net and we will forward your information to print. Alternatively, you can write a note with your name, the donor, and a brief item description. We want to ensure that all items are properly labeled for the event.
