Kent Stowell and Francia Russell have been Artistic Directors of Pacific Northwest Ballet since 1977. Kent is also Principal Choreographer for the Company and has choreographed more than 30 works for its repertory. Francia is responsible for staging the works of George Balanchine for PNB and other ballet companies and has staged over 100 productions of his ballets worldwide. She is also Director of Pacific Northwest Ballet School. AUction Item of the Week!
Saddle up for a great day in the country! This spring, you and your fellow Rotarians are invited on a trail ride for fun and fellowship. Date and place are yet to be determined. You will need your own horse! Contact Dean Rebhuhn or Peter Hammett for details. Auction Invoices Have Been Mailed! All Rotarians are billed for two auction tickets, regardless of whether you are attending the event, but we hope you will attend the auction! If you are currently on leave of absence, we still ask that you support our annual major fundraiser. We hope you will attend the auction, but if you are unable, we will need your payment that much more to raise funds! We appreciate your prompt payment in a separate check made payable to the "Bellevue Rotary Foundation," which is a separate charitable organization. You may consider the fair market value of each ticket to be $40 and deduct the rest as a donation. If payment is not received by March 28th, the credit card you use for Quick Pay will be charged the night of the auction. Community Grant Applications The Community Grants Committee is taking applications until March 1st. Forms can be found here on the website at the CLUB FORMS dropdown menu at the top of this bulletin page and all other pages on the website. Or, you can send the same information to Phil Bevan by mail. Remember these general guidlines: 1) Not for operational expenses Crystal Mountain Ski Fellowship It's time once again for the annual Crystal Mountain Ski Fellowship! Dates for this overnight event are Tuesday, March 8 (after work), and Wednesday, March 9, 2005, the ski day. Most skiers will return that evening,. Some skiers and non-skiers will return shortly after breakfast or lunch.
If you have never attended this trip or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Scott East. More information will be provided as the event draws near.
